This article presents a uncommon case of this disorder, highlighting its characteristic clinical features. The patient, a young/adult/elderly male/female, presented with aarray of symptoms that included cognitive impairment, nausea, and abdominal pain. These symptoms were intermittent in nature, resulting a comprehensive medical evaluation.
